the resolution in source ofc is much better but the game play sucks. maybe there will be a mixed counter strike between resolution and gameplay some day.

1.6 for normal gameplay it haves a lot more jugability, and makes gameplay easy.
source for mods, like zombiemod, wc3, it haves a lot of possibilities, that in 1.6 u don't have, like block doors with objects, move crates, and other things only shoting.

I prefer the 1.6 unhesitatingly
