Hey guys,

i saw that many people have problems with their ping and config...

so i decided to give u some tips to make it better...

So first:

If u start cs, open the taskmanager and set the steam process to low and the hl process to high... that helps to get more fps ... especially for lower pc's .

if your fps are not very high, try to edit your config and write there: fps_max 101

also you should try a lower resolution... like 800*600 ... if your pc is older, or your graphic card is not very good, then go to 640*480

there are also some config files, that can be changed to lower the details. for the settings use google pls. there are to much setting to post...

so, i also have an tcp/udp package here, that should do the following things:

- your ping gets lower ( does not work for everyone, but it works )
- your recoil is gettin lower ( i don't know if it really does... but this change is not accepted by the esl )
- cause more packages will be delivered to the server, your client can send more infos and your hit ratio is gettin better ( works )
- you will get an transparency effect, and the enemys bullets will hit u not as good as before ( don't know if it really works )
- your tcp/udp settings are gettin optimized
- your windows os also gettin optimized

So there are 2 programms in the package. First one is game xp. that programm will change some windows settings and delete not needed processes... so u can say, game xp changes your windows to an gaming windows ( works )

the second programm is called pc booster and optimizes your windows. ( works )

then they are some Ram.vbs files... just double click the vbs files to first defrag and second clear your ram. the third file is a textfile, in which a action is written. this one will do following: windows activates jobs while not used. this jobs will be activated also if u play cs and dont click something. with the action, u can start the jobs right now and windows is done with this jobs for the current session.

then we have the tcp/udp register files. just double click them , and you're done...

i cannot promise that it works for everyone, but there are some users, who told me it works... also i tried that, and i can say, my headshot ratio is gettin better...


also there is a details.cfg.... if u want to use it, just type exec details.cfg in your config or userconfig.cfg ... but u have to change the update and cmdrate maybe...

try it out and let me now if it works for you...

if u have problems with your ping, make sure that u or windows or other applications do no update or downloading something. if thats not the problem, just delete your config.cfg, start cs and then u have a clean config that can be edited...

also google can help u guys if u have problems with pings or fps... there are so many commands that can be changed... if u need any help, contact me or post here...
