cl_updaterate and cl_cmdrate controls your choke and loss...

good settings are 101 on both, but if u have to much choke and loss, try to pull it down with 10 steps like 91,81 and so on, till your choke and loss is good...

I tryed so many ways of settings, reducing the rates or the cl_cmdrate / updaterate is not good for me

Stop posting your config settings and say that they are the best.

every user has a different provider/system/bandwith/location

so every user has to optimize his config for his needs... 101 settings are not good for everyone...

some guys are nearer located to the server, some not... some got a good bandwith and fastpath and some got no fastpath.... and so on... just test and change the settings till you think that it is good now...

well thats help full but some times the problem might be as well where you are i mean your country i do know that some people have a very high ping on Canada servers when they have on their own country server's very low ping ^^

u have to test settings on ur own. no one can give you the absolute perfect net-config, except he's ur brother and uses the same internet as u do.
