This is how u make ur won spray:
1: Go Goodle and Search HlTagConverter Download! and just pick one.
2: In Hltagconverter choose: Choose Item and pick ur picture.
3: Save Tag!: Steam,SteamApps, Ur Name, cstrike, and save it there as: tempdecal.wad.
and u go cs and u have the picrue as Tag!

I went to a download site, downloaded the programm, made a picture and the file is where you said.. but i can't spray the picture yet..

okey maybe this is the problem: this is the right one! http://files.filefront.com/HlTagConvert ... einfo.html
and first u add a picture and u press: Adjust Image and press!!: aply changes and convert to .......
and save it in Steam Apps and ur Name and cstrike as the name tempdecal.wad! and importen when u press Save u gotta save it as WAD file!

im sorry :S but did u choose WAD file when u press Save Tag?
