Gameservers

General rules
Be polite, wait your turn, support your team mates and play fair!
Respect fellow players. This means no swearing, harassment, racism, sexual remarks,
spamming or anything else that can be deemed offensive.

Ones again:
No forms of racism, harassment, abuse or vilification will be tolerated.

Exploits/Cheating
Cheating is strictly prohibited across all game servers; players caught using hacks and/or cheating
and/or abusing teamspeak will be permanently banned, network-wide.
Exploiting game or map glitches and bugs is prohibited and results in a kick or temporary ban.

Clan tags/Names
Intentional wearing of other clan's tags without their permission or tag stealing is not accepted.
Offensive names are not permitted.
Names must NOT contain abusive language, or derogatory comments.
Names must not be coloured other than default or contain characters that alter the name in any way.

Disruptive Play
Players found to be disrupting fair play will receive a ban or judgement, a few examples are:
- No spamming text messages, advertisements or senselessly flooding the chat in any way.
- No team swapping during the middle of a round with the intent of being on the winning team.
- No reconnecting to gain money (i.e. To buy camouflage on each round)
- Repetitive voting
- No deliberately blocking team mates movement in any way.
- Intentional team killing/contributing to being teamkilled
- No Base/Spawn/Map camping in any way
- No Granate spamming

Camping
Disrupting the game play by camping over and over again is prohibit on our servers and results
in a kick without any warning first. If you got kicked by an admin for camping don't start insulting him,
this almost ends in a 1 week ban. Become more active and support your team instead.
- Somebody is camping when he don't go for the map object, it doesn't matter if he is waiting
on the same place or not. The goal is to win the round, everything beside that will be considered
as camping and results in a kick or a temporary ban if he continue with it.
- Somebody is camping if he is waiting near the team spawn for more then the half of the round time.
- Somebody is camping if he don't have any enemie contact for a couple of rounds and if he is allways the last man.
- Somebody is NOT camping when he defends the map object
- Somebody is NOT camping when the map object allows him to camp and no camping zones restrict that.
- Somebody is NOT camping when both teams are balanced and one team wins long before the round ends.
- These rules have no effect on deathmatch enabled servers! But note: Camping on the own spawn
is prohibit on team deathmatch servers!

Admins
Admins are to be treated with respect and any form of abuse/harassment
will be dealt with severely. An admin can be recognised by the chat color.
(green = premium members, blue = ingame admins, red = system admins)
Any player impersonating an admin will be punished.

Ban lengths for rule breakers
Inactivity on forum: 5min to Permanent (Automatic System)
Ban Vote: 30min (Note: Vote can fire back if it fails!)
Tking and disruptive behaviour: 15min to Permanent
Offensive behaviour: Up to 2 weeks
Disruptive Play: Permanent ban (Can be lifted).
Cheating: Permanent ban (Will not be lifted, ever).
Racism: Permanent ban (Will not be lifted, ever).

Note: Ban lengths will vary depending on the severity of the offence
and repeat offenders can expect their bans to increase in length each time.

Invitations/Steam Groups
- You allow us sending you invitations to our steam groups when you playing on our servers.


Addional rules for admins and premium members

General rules
As admin or premium member you gain more rights and more responsibility on
all Shoot-Em.com Game, Voice and Web Servers.

Important: These rights can be modified at any time. Also we keep us
the right not to grant you such upgrades without telling the reason.

Try to be open minded and friendly to all players. Give them support
if they need help with our servers. Abusive usage of your rights
is strictly prohibit. The administrative tools are provided to trusted users
for maintenance and other tasks, and should be used with thought,
serious misuse may result in sanction or even their removal.

You accept that we log all your actions on our servers to observe your activities!

Admin Abuse
- Punishing players without warning them first
- Punishing players if they did not broke any rules
- Kicks/Bans should be your last choice!
- Giving stuff/items to yourself and/or friends over and over again
- Disrupting the normal game play
- Breaking any rules

Pricing/Payments
- The price for the premium account upgrade is 5€/month
- The price for the ingame admin account upgrade is 15€/month
- We accept payments on paypal only!
- You purchase a digital product, there will be no charge back still if you
lose your rights i.e. for admin abuse!

Rewards
- We offer free premium/admin account upgrades for active forum members
- You gain these free upgrades everytime you have 100 new forum postings
- If you have less then 500 postings we'll reward you with free premium accounts only
- If you have more then 500 postings we'll reward you with free admin accounts,
you can also contact me for a permanent reserved slot on your favorit server.
- Note: It is not possible to collect such upgrades
- You have to contact the site admin to gain your upgrade
- We keep us the right not to grant you free upgrades without telling the reason

Notes:
- It is NOT required to judge every little petty thing
- A good score don't says that somebody is cheating
- Camping to defend the map object is allowed! (This excludes camping zone)

Addional rules for registered members

General rules
- The membership is free and can be canceled at any time, that means your profile is
no longer available for other users, you'll don't receive emails from us and you don't have
access to your account. It don't means that we'll delete your forum comments!
- You allow us to send you Emails with service information and advertisements
- You allow us to track your activities on our websites and gameservers and to publish them automaticly
- You allow us to grab photos and information of your steam profile and to publish them on our websites automaticly
- No forms of spam, racism, harassment, abuse or vilification on our forums and websites will be tolerated.
- We keep us the right to cancel your membership at any time without telling the reason
- We don't give your contact details away i.e. your email address

Forum rules
- To gain free access to our game server you have to leave at least one posting on our forums.
- The free game server access is limited to 7 days after your last forum posting
- Useless/senseless postings will be NOT tolerated (i.e. "lol" or "haha") - this is a forum - not a chat!
- Unteachable users will be warned and the posting will be deleted, continuing this stupidity results in a ban

In example when somebody uses nades to kill team mates at the spawn.
